With optional Preview before paste, review your words and choose Paste or Discard. To rewrite with Pro, select text and speak an editing instruction. Save repeated text as a snippet, then say its trigger to insert the exact saved wording. History stays local by default; encrypted sync and training contributions are separate, optional settings.

History is local unless you choose sync
Dictations and stats stay in a local folder by default. Encrypted account sync is separate, optional, and off until you enable it.
Training opt-in is off by default
We don't train on your content unless you explicitly turn that on yourself.

Flip it on and history never touches disk. Included in the free tier.
The privacy policy explains the limited services that process audio and text. Everything is encrypted in transit, and Enterprise plans can include custom data-processing agreements.
